Happy Labor Day

Team TransCor,

Oftentimes I will end my company-wide communications with a thank you, but in recognition of Labor Day weekend it seems appropriate to say it first — right at the top. Thank you!

To our frontline staff in the field, thank you for being the consummate face of safety and security for our Partners and those entrusted to our care. To the support staff at the Central Office, thank you for your steady hand and strong commitment to service excellence to those we serve. I am so proud of each of you and grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this great organization.

Labor Day weekend traditionally marks a time to celebrate, relax, and enjoy the company of family and good friends. Once again, this year is certainly different than in years past. If you are working this weekend, please accept an extra measure of thanks from your colleagues who are able to enjoy the long weekend because of you. Regardless of your plans for this weekend, please keep health and safety top of mind and take every precaution to stop the spread of COVID-19 and the Delta variant. Please continue to do your part by considering vaccination (if you have not already done so), wearing a mask, social distancing, and avoiding unnecessary gatherings and risky behaviors that could spread the Coronavirus. Our actions impact the local communities where we work and live, and the actions we take could have long-term benefits or unintentional consequences.

As we enter into the holiday weekend, always know that each one of you is highly valued for the unique qualities and skills you bring to the team. Our substantial accomplishments over this past year and the progress we have made are because you have stood side-by-side each other to make them happen.

Have a great weekend and thank you for your great work and continued commitment to excellence to those we serve and those entrusted to our custodial care.

Sincerely,

Curt Sullivan
