Medical

Healthcare coverage is competitive on price, and offers you the coverage you need to maintain good health.

The choice of options includes Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans with low co-pays and reasonable deductibles. Plans cover a wide range of services from office visits and preventive care to hospitalization and prescription drugs.

Resources are available to help you stay healthy and manage chronic conditions.

Dental

Basic dental coverage provides for routine checkups, cleanings and fillings. An advanced plan covers procedures such as root canals, crowns and orthodontics.

Vision Insurance

Vision coverage offers low co-pays on eye exams and glasses or contacts. The large network of providers includes independent practitioners and recognized retail chains.

Life and AD&D Insurance

Group Term Life, AD&D and Short-term Disability Insurance are company-paid, providing for your financial security and that of loved ones. Additional supplemental life plans are available to cover your spouse and children. The plans start as low as 64 cents per $1,000 of coverage and are portable.

Disability

Short-term disability income insurance is provided for all Transcor employees. The benefit equals a percentage of regular earnings and covers up to 12 weeks for a non-work related disability, subject to terms and conditions of the plan. A voluntary, long-term disability program is also offered at additional cost based on the employees salary and age.

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays

We recognize the need for time off and a break to pursue personal activities. PTO, whether it’s for a vacation, illness, or just time away, you will have up to two weeks your first year, to schedule as you see fit. The number of days you receive is tied to years of service and is in addition to paid holidays.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

This free, voluntary and confidential service provides employees and their families with 24-hour access to licensed counselors. The EAP can help address issues like alcohol/drug abuse, parenting issues, financial concerns, family problems, work difficulties, marital and emotional turmoil. Additionally, three free one-on-one counseling sessions are also available annually.

Retirement

Through a 401(k) plan, employees can contribute on a pre-tax basis up to 90% of their gross bi-weekly pay; up to a maximum of $17,500 annually. The company offers a generous matching contribution of 5%. Eligible employees over age 50 also have the option to make “catch up” contributions according to IRS guidelines. TransCor employees are always 100% vested in the value of their own contributions and are immediately 100% vested in any Safe Harbor Employer Matching Contributions.

Employees can choose from a variety of investment options and determine how current and future contributions are allocated. Financial advisors are also available to help navigate the investment options and levels of risk, free of charge.
