Curtiss Sullivan

President and General Manager

Curt is responsible for overall leadership and management of TransCor. His expertise is in logistics and strategic operations with a diverse knowledge of transportation management theories and information systems. Curt joined TransCor in 2004 following a distinguished 22-year career in the United States Marine Corps, which included a focus in transportation, logistics, and leadership development. He was named President and General Manager in 2013, after serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Curt is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Business Management.

Michael Swinton

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mike oversees TransCor’s assets and day-to-day operations. His leadership draws upon his years of experience in the field of corrections and military service. Mike’s military career spans more than two decades, with a focus in corrections.  He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, which included serving as the Commanding Officer of Marine Base Brig, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Mike joined TransCor in 2012 following a distinguished career with CoreCivic (then Corrections Corporations of America) where he served as Assistant Warden and Warden.

James Crouch

Managing Director, Strategic Planning

James is responsible for the oversight of business strategies in order to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core. Previously, James served in a senior director leadership capacity, supervising finance, logistics, trip planning, and trip management. His operational analysis knowledge helps ensure inmate travel is cost effective and performed with the greatest efficiencies of people and resources. Additionally, James analyses the data to identify future TransCor service opportunities. He joined the company in 2005 upon his graduation from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Logistics and Transportation.

 
Andy Jones

Andy Jones

MANAGING DIRECTOR, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Andy joined TransCor in 2021. Since that time, he has held the role of Managing Director, Finance & Accounting, which provides oversight for many of the financial and regulatory functions of our business. To this role, Andy has brought two decades of leadership, expertise, and practical experience derived from his work in industries including: Public Accounting, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Not-For-Profit. Andy received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Accountancy from Belmont University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Tennessee (active status).

David Spence

Managing Director, Fleet Management & DOT Compliance

Dave leads TransCor in maintaining high standards in fleet operations through safety and quality control initiatives. He joined the company in 2009 after a nearly two decade long career with CoreCivic (then Corrections Corporation of America), where he focused on compliance and safety measures. David is an authorized OSHA instructor, an auditor for the American Correctional Association (ACA) and has served on the National Fire Protection Administration Committee on Correctional and Detention Occupancies.

 

Meghan Olson

Director, Human Resources

Since joining TransCor in February 2022. Meghan has been a solid asset to the entire organization. Meghan's career as a strategic HR leader spans many years and includes a wealth of knowledge, critical competencies, and expertise. She is a proud graduate of Auburn University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Engineering, and she’s active member of the Middle Tennessee Chapter for the Society for Human Resources.

Amy Cutshaw

Controller

The Controller is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for overseeing all functions of the Accounting Department and partners with other functional groups to support operations and business initiatives. Amy joined TransCor during 2009 as the Director of Accounting where she worked closely with the other members of the Accounting department and was responsible for the direct oversight and management of TransCor payroll, general ledger accounts, fixed assets, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and executive summaries. Prior to TransCor, Amy provided accounting services at Kroger Company and Healthways. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from Missouri Western State University.

Jody Campbell

Director, Fleet Management

Jody Campbell serves as Director of Fleet Management. He joined the TransCor team in August of 2016 as a Coordinator, Fleet Management, where he was primarily responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information regarding TransCor and CoreCivic vehicle fleets into the appropriate fleet management system. Prior to TransCor, Jody worked as the Area Manager at Universal Dedicated, a leading asset-light provider of customized transportation and logistics solutions. Jody brings more than 15 years of successful accomplishments specializing in fleet maintenance, DOT regulations, and transportation needs.

Vivian Marsh

Director, Transportation Clinical Services

Vivian is responsible for providing medical oversight via assessment and triage for transportation of all inmates and/or detainees. Evaluation of inmates' medical condition and clearance is an integral component of Vivian's everyday responsibilities. Serving as TransCor's Health Authority, she joined TransCor in 2015 and brings more than 30 years of nursing and leadership experience; which includes service in the US Army Reserves, correctional nursing, traditional hospitals, rehabilitation and long-term care facilities. Vivian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Phoenix.

Randall Milks

Director, Quality Assurance & Operational Compliance

Randall's professional background is comprised of many public and private sector endeavors including, retired US Army Military Policeman with 21 years active service, Director of Training for a federal law enforcement and corrections training facility, and a subject matter expert serving both overseas and within the Unite States. Randall began his career with TransCor America in 2013 as a Field Office Supervisor in New Mexico and then transferred to the Central Office in Nashville, Tennessee, as Security Manager. In 2017, Randall was selected as the Director of Policy & Quality Assurance where he uses his experience and training to ensure TransCor maintains the high standards for which it is known by our customers and others in the industry by monitoring policy and procedural compliance.

 

Anthony Minnigan

Director, Operations

Anthony is a leader with over 20 years management experience, including project management, financial accountability, and large-scale human resource management. Anthony has a strong background in diverse areas of logistics/professional bus driver training and staff development, administration, and law enforcement. He achieved the rank of Command Sergeant Major in the United States Army, while building a strong background through my adaptability in diverse areas impacting on public and community relations, employment interviewer, and operations manager.

Stephanie Takishita

Director, Operations

Stephanie is one of two of TransCor's Directors of Operations and oversees five field offices in locations spanning from Ohio to Nevada. She started her career with TransCor in 2011 in California City, California. In 2013, her leadership, organization, and planning skills were paramount in the decision to offer her a transfer to the Central Office in Nashville in conjunction with a promotion to Transportation Master Planner where she played the key role in ensuring transportation missions were coordinated and executed and that customer expectations were met. In 2015, Stephanie's skills and knowledge of the job were further recognized when she was selected to be a Director of Operations. She displays her dedication to TransCor's mission, employees, and our customers on daily basis without fail.

Charles Westbrook, Sr.

Director, Operations

Charles directly provides supervision and oversight for TransCor operations in Tennessee, Air Mass Moves, Transportation Officer training and recertification and Special Needs Department. Since joining the company in 1998 he has provided stewardship as a team leader and offered expertise in staff training and development Director and trip management Director. Prior to joining the company, Charles served for 10 years in the U.S. Army where he provided leadership as a Cannon Crewmember, leadership development instructor (PLDC) and Master Fitness Trainer.
