Steve England joined TransCor America in 2009 following a 14-year career with Corrections Corporation of America. Steve started his career with CCA as a Correctional Officer and subsequently was promoted to Lieutenant, Safety Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor while at Metro-Davidson County Detention Facility. He was promoted from the facility to CCA’s corporate headquarters in April of 2003. There he held the positions of Manager of Quality Assurance Audits and Director of Facility Maintenance, where he oversaw maintenance operations for 23 prison and jail facilities throughout the United States.

In addition to his corrections background, Steve has extensive experience in law enforcement, public safety, fleet management/maintenance and comes highly recommended for his project management experience.

Sondra PedigoSondra Pedigo
Senior Director, Operations

Sondra joined TransCor in 1997 as an Extradition Specialist and has held various positions in Operations. Sondra has been instrumental in assisting in the following areas; training new staff, expanding departmental responsibilities, changing the business format from extradition to define services, opening/overseeing new defines services.

Prior to joining TransCor, Sondra began working in the fields of corrections/law enforcement in 1989. Sondra worked as a correctional officer for the state of Kentucky then returned to her home town and held the position of deputy jailer at the county jail. Sondra was a member of the Kentucky Fraternal Order of Police and held the office of Secretary in 1996 and the office of President of the Glasgow, Ky. Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police in 1997 prior to resigning from office to begin her career with TransCor.

James CrouchJames Crouch
Senior Director, Logistics and Planning

Mr. Crouch joined TransCor in January of 2005 following graduation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BS in Logistics and Transportation. He joined the company as a Trip Planner and has held various positions of increased responsibility within the Logistics and Planning Department. In his current role, Mr. Crouch is responsible for the supervision of all Logistics, Trip Planning, and Trip Management functions, as well as the primary analysis of operational and logistical data for current and future TransCor service areas and projects.
