Ms. Johnson Rion received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. She has also authored and collaborated on numerous publications.
Curtiss Sullivan
As the Managing Director of Operations, Sullivan is directly responsible for Trip Planning &Optimization, Trip Management, Fleet Management, and the entire Extradition Agent force. He is also responsible for administering, coordinating and managing all of TransCor’s regional satellite offices in support of policies, procedures, goals and objectives.

Sharon Johnson Rion’s 35-year career has included serving as the administrator, warden and/or project director responsible for the start-up of state prisons, local jails and prisoner transportation services in the United States, Australia and England. Since 1997, Johnson Rion operated SJR Associates, a correctional consulting firm that worked with numerous government agencies and professional organizations. She was first named President and CEO of TransCor in 2001 and retired in 2003. She rejoined the company in the same position in January 2005. 
Curt Sullivan joined TransCor in December 2004 following a distinguished 22-year career in the United States Marine Corps. His service included assignments responsible for transportation management, logistics, strategic mobility, training and leadership development. Sullivan has extensive experience with procurement, distribution, maintenance, and resource placement. 
Linda Dodson came to TransCor in June 2005 following a 30-year career with the Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC). While with TDOC, she held progressively more responsibility for planning, policy development, and administration, including more than seven years of successfully managing/supervising administrative support services for a large correctional institution and 13 years in a correctional regional office or central office with regional or statewide responsibility.
