Ms. Smith joined TransCor in 2006 following a 20 year career in the travel and airline management industry. She oversees and participates in coordination of various contract issues. This includes acting as contact person for contracting agency personnel and facilitating negotiation and agreement on contract terms. She participates in the development of business strategies and proposals, collateral, coordination of contract management functions and oversight of customer care and marketing efforts.

Ms. Rodriguez came to TransCor in October 2006 after 18 years with MCCA a division of BellSouth as the VP of Sales and Marketing. She brings 22 years of customer relations, sales and marketing experience to the Government Relations department.

Rodriguez is responsible for maintaining customer care, including monitoring of customer contact. She is responsible for marketing functions, including informing prospective customers the benefit of using TransCor as their preferred vendor.
